Strategic Shift is a business consulting firm set up to facilitate Commerce, Trade and Investment with Zambia. Our goal is to assist companies extend the product life cycle of their product/service by expanding the size of its market.
The Zambian economy continues to grow at an impressive pace with average GDP percentage growth at 6% year over year. Though Zambia's major resource is copper, the investor - conducive environment has provided opportunities in several other sectors. The Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) a quasi-government agency has highlighted 13 key priority sectors to invest in in order to qualify for ZDA incentives (see attached files).
What is a Strategic Shift??
It is important that an organization considers its environment before beginning the marketing process. The macro-environment i.e. Political (and legal) forces, Economic forces, Sociocultural forces, and Technological forces (PEST factors ) all impact the ability for an organization to perform effectively. As the business effectively adjusts its activities in response to the environment, we call this a Strategic Shift.
